Recruitment Privacy Notice

This Recruitment Privacy Notice explains how AiD Hires and the employers who use our platform process personal data during the recruitment process. It is designed to be clear, specific, and respectful of your rights as a candidate.

Scope

This notice applies whenever you apply to a role through AiD Hires, take part in an AI-powered interview, or are evaluated by a Skilled Interviewer in connection with an employer's hiring process.

What We Process

  • Information from your resume, profile, and application answers.
  • Responses to structured interview questions (text and, where applicable, audio).
  • AI-generated evaluations and scored reports.
  • Metadata such as timestamps, completion status, and interview logs.

Purposes

  • To evaluate your suitability for a specific role.
  • To provide employers with structured, consistent, and bias-aware candidate reports.
  • To help you track your applications and receive feedback.
  • To meet legal, audit, and anti-fraud obligations.

Automated Decision-Making

AiD Hires uses AI to assist evaluation, but final hiring decisions remain with the employer. You have the right to request meaningful information about the logic involved, and to challenge outcomes where applicable law provides that right.

Your Rights

You may access, correct, delete, or port your data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on it. To exercise these rights, contact the employer you applied to or email us at privacy@aidhires.com.

Retention

Candidate data is retained only as long as necessary for the relevant recruitment process and any period required by law. Employers may configure retention windows within the limits set by applicable regulation.

Security

We apply organizational and technical measures — including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews — to protect candidate information.
